Questions

Do Premium multipliers apply retroactively?

No. Tickets are calculated when a match or challenge is completed. Past results aren’t recalculated.

What if I upgrade/downgrade mid-season?

Tickets you already earned stay as they are. The multiplier only applies to matches/challenges completed while your account has Premium.

Do tickets or progress carry over to next season?

No. At season's end, the raffle is run, and all tickets are reset to 0 for the new season. Challenge progress also resets when a new season starts.

My tickets didn’t update. Are they delayed?

Most updates appear within a few minutes after your match finishes. We also run a daily re-sync to catch items not tied directly to match completions (e.g., teammate-rating challenges).

If tickets are still missing after 24 hours, please contact support.

How is the winner chosen?

Each ticket is one entry. We run a server-side draw that randomly selects a winning ticket ID from the season’s ticket pool.

Can I win more than one skin?

Yes, each skin has its own draw. If your ticket is selected for one draw, your remaining tickets still participate in the others.

Do I need to be online to get an award?

No. Winners are notified automatically in-app after the draw, and the skin is sent to the Trade URL specified in your profile settings.

How are skin values shown?

Displayed values are indicative market estimates from Steam and other third-party sources; they’re for reference only and don’t represent real monetary value.

Can you remove an abandon for a DC/crash?

No, we can’t manually remove abandons. The system can’t reliably distinguish intent from temporary issues, so all abandons are treated the same. If you disconnect from the server, you have 5 minutes to rejoin before the system marks an abandonment.

Unfair ban – do I get my tickets back?

Unfair bans are extremely rare thanks to our moderation system, RenownAI. For bans lasting longer than 14 days, you can appeal at [email protected]. If your appeal is approved and the ban is removed, your tickets are restored.
